Players in Survival Plus can sell their Structures by creating Ownership Certificates ("Writ of Ownership") and selling these. Once purchased, the customer can use this Certificate to claim ownership of the structure.
Preparing a Structure for Sale[]
To sell an building the first step is to craft a Blank Writ of Ownership at the Work table - the required engram is Papercrafting. Next the writ has to be put in slot 0 at which point the structure to be sold will have a new multi use menu option called "Record Writ of Ownership". Using this will create a filled out certificate including the type and location as well as a trading label. Additionally the structure itself will now have the trading label floating below it's name.
The remaining step is to sell this writ like a regular item.
Purchasing a Structure[]
When purchasing a Writ of Ownership it is important to check the item description and make sure that the structure linked to the certificate (identified by the trading label) is nearby. Once that has been established the certificate can be purchased. To claim the structure the writ has to be put in slot 0, then an option to claim will appear.
