Coin changing is done by the banker who sets pricing on the coins in the counter to allow for conversion. A banker may charge 110s to change into 1g or whatever makes economic sense for the location.
This can be made by the mason or carpenter, but can only be placed by the entrepreneur.
It requires placementy of a bankers counter to fully operational as a bank.
